Nowadays, the Western capitalist system is in a series of economic, political, social and theoretical dilemmas, which are mainly manifested in the imbalance of the real economy, the failure of state intervention, the loss of favor of the traditional establishment, the failure of democratic politics and the welfare system, the imbalance of income between the rich and the poor, the loss of values and the failure of neoliberalism. The disorderly expansion of Western capital, the financial liberalization policies, the degradation of the democratic system, the loss of political ecological movements, and the failure of Ukrainian crisis management etc are the main causes of the systemic crisis in Western society. How to view the institutional dilemma of Western capitalism and its new changes and problems is an important task entrusted by the times to Marxist theorists.
