Cheng Enfu, male and from the Han ethnic group, born in July 1950, is a native of Shanghai and a member of the Communist Party of China. He is a member of the Presidium of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Academic Divisions and director of the Academic Division of Marxist Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He graduated from the department of economics of Fudan University with a master. He is executive vice-director and professor of the Institute of Marxist Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and contemporaneously president of the World Association of Politics and Economics, executive vice-president of the China Foreign Economics Research Association, and executive vice-president of the Institute of Law of Chinese Economy. His academic expertise is in theoretical economics. In 1999, he was awarded the title of honorary professor of St. Petersburg University; since 2004, he has enjoyed a special allowance awarded by the State Council.
Leng Rong
Leng Rong, male and from the Han ethnic group, born in August, 1953, is a native of Beijing and a member of the Communist Party of China. He is president of the Presidium of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Academic Divisions. In July, 1983, he graduated from the department of philosophy of Peking University. He serves as Vice-President of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Researcher of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and PhD student advisor, member of the consultative committee for the central government’s implementation of the project of research and construction of Marxism, leader of the appraisal group of Marxism-Leninism and Scientific Socialism Division of the National Social Science Research Fund. His academic expertise is scientific socialism and Deng Xiaoping Theory. Since 1995, he has enjoyed a special allowance awarded by the State Council.

Jiang Liu, male and from the Han ethnic group, born in July 1922, is a native of Qixia, Shandong Province and a member of the Communist Party of China. In 1938 he joined the revolution. In July 1954, he graduated from the Marx-Lenin Institute. Currently he is a professor and PhD student advisor of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He used to be the Vice-President of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, a member of the consultative committee of the Central Marxism Theoretical Research and Construction Project, and Honorary President of the Chinese Association of Scientific Socialism. His academic expertise is scientific socialism
Li Chongfu
Li Chongfu, male and from the Han ethnic group, born in September 1943, is a native of Ezhou, Hubei Province and a member of the Communist Party of China. In July 1981 he graduated from the department of philosophy of the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He is a professor and PhD student advisor of the Academy of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, a member of the 10th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Literature Study Committee, and the president of the Chinese Society of Historical Materialism. His academic expertise is in Marxist Philosophy and Scientific Socialism. Since 1998, he has enjoyed a special allowance awarded by the State Council.
Jin Huiming
Jin Huiming, male and from the Han ethnic group, born in January 1934, is a native of Houma, Shanxi Province and a member of the Communist Party of China. In March 1960, he graduated from the department of philosophy of China’s Renmin University. In July 1984, he was promoted to the rank of professor as an exception, and became a PhD student advisor. He is also the convener of the Politics Subject Appraisal Group of the State Council Academic Degree Committee, and deputy leader of the Marxist-Leninist Subject Appraisal Group of the National Social Science Research Funds. He used to be director of the Marxist Development Institute of China’s Renmin University, and chief of the Theoretical Bureau of the Propaganda Department of the Communist Party of China. His academic expertise is in Marxist philosophy and scientific socialism. Since 1994, he has started to enjoy a special allowance awarded by the State Council.
