Unlike the economic crises in history that were caused by insufficient consumption at a time of growth of material products, the current economic crisis in the West is caused by the attempt of the West to exclude certain countries represented by China and Russia from the Western-dominated economic system, which has led to a serious shortage of material products, when its spending capacity is particularly strong. Therefore, it is an unsolvable crisis, unless China and Russia are invited to come back into the system and accepted as great powers within it. Otherwise, a new system of international capital settlement beyond the one based on US dollar will be established. If so, the US empire, the oppressor of other nation states, will come to an end. Unlike itself in its early days struggling for freedom, the United States today is a country for dollar, that is, it will not hesitate to destroy the world to ensure that the US dollar continues to gain profit. Therefore, in the future, we should abandon illusions and actively prepare for “a great struggle with many new historical characteristics”.
