Constructing a community with a shared future for mankind from the perspective of history provides a Chinese solution for the global governance system standing at the “crossroads”. From the theoretical logic point of view, the thinking integrity and transcendence of the times of the community with a shared future for mankind not only come from the creative development of Hegel’s philosophy of history by Marx and Engels, but also inject innovative connotations into the development of world historical theory. From the perspective of practical logic, the proposal of a community with a shared future for mankind jumps out of the narrowness of “Western-centrism” and the expansiveness of “nation-state”, and makes a powerful response to the unreasonable protectionism and unilateralism in the old order of global governance, which is a concrete embodiment of the Marxist theory of human liberation under the new historical conditions, and carries realistic thinking and response to the times for global governance.
