The new development concept guides China’s economic development in the new era. Logically, it runs through a series of strategic deployments and plans such as the new development pattern, modernized economy and industrial system, supply-side structural reform, expanding domestic demand, and solidly promoting common prosperity. It is also the main line running through high-quality development and Chinese-style modernization. The new development concept has also expanded the new realm of Marxist political economics, and it has also become the interpretive object of Marxist political economics. The interpretation of the new development concept should start from the historical materialism. In the process of socialist revolution and economic construction, the political parties and the state unify their ideas based on the theory of practice, promote the transformation of the economic foundation and the development of productivity, so as to transform theoretical advantages into practical advantages. The new development concept is a model of the application of Marxist materialist dialectics and Marxist political economics methodology, with a solid foundation of Marxist worldview and methodology.
