“Having the courage and ability to fight” is one of the fine work styles of the Chinese communists in the new era and an important magic weapon for it to lead China’s revolution, construction and reform to victory. To build China into a modern socialist country in all respects and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, we must always maintain our fighting spirit. And in the face of the severe and complex international situation and the various risks and challenges, we should accurately grasp the essential characteristics of the great struggle in the new era in terms of its nature, content, form and method of struggle, and fully understand the dialectical unity of conformity to the law and conformity to the goal, universality and particularity, non confrontation and confrontation strategy and tactics etc., which are logical relations contained in the great struggle in the new era; we should further grasp the intrionsic requirements contained in each dialectical relationship, scientifically and accurately predict the situation of struggle, specify the departure point and methods of struggle, better participate in the struggle, take the initiative and seize the opportunity so as to make greater contribution to the realization of China’s second centenary goal.
